4.3. Subscription cancellations must be made prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
5. Late Payments
5.1. If payment for the Subscription Fee is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscriber’s access to the software product until payment is received.
5.2. Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges, as allowed by law.
6. Taxes

6.2. The Subscription Fee does not include any taxes or duties imposed by governmental authorities, and subscribers are responsible for paying any such taxes or duties.
7. Refunds
7.1. Refunds for the Subscription Fee are only available in accordance with the Company’s refund policy, as stated on our website.
7.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
8. Changes to Payment Terms
